  1. I can still remember the time long ago when 
  2. I visited the University of Illinois 
  3. science fair. Someone had programmed ENIAC to 
  4. play Tic-Tac-Toe and all the kids were 
  5. invited to play against it. When my turn 
  6. arrived, I went up and entered my moves. I 
  7. beat the computer! The engineers were shocked. 
  8. Now you can download RB's Tic-Tac-Toe and test 
  9. your skill against the computer. 
  10. The program has five playing modes: 
  11. 1. Two people play against each other. 
  12. 2-4. Play against a dumb, smart or genius computer. 
  13. 5. Play against a student computer that gets smarter as it plays more games. 
  14. (Registration is required to play against the computer.)
